How to return
We hope to meet your expectations with every order from us but we know that sometimes you can change your mind, which is why we have a 28 day returns period.
UK deliveries ordered via the UK website may be returned via the below options. Please note: A handling fee of £3 will be deducted from the return. Exchanges and returns in store are free. If there are any issues with your recent order, such as missing or wrong items, please notify us within 5 working days of delivery. Click here to find out more.
- Follow the link to enter your Order Number/ID and Personal details.
- Choose Royal Mail as your return method and select your desired location.
- You will be sent a confirmation email with your return label ready to print and attach to your package.
- Need to print at your parcel drop off location? A QR code will be sent to you via email with further instructions.
This email will include your tracking number, to track the status of your return.
Please Note: Keep a hold of proof of postage for a smooth returns process.
The option to return online orders at one of our stores is available free of charge. You can return items to your local Hawes and Curtis store for either a refund or exchange; Ensuring you have both the item and your corresponding dispatch note with you.
If you are requesting an exchange, we recommend contacting the store beforehand to confirm your desired item is available, to avoid any disappointment.
