Our Jermyn Street shirts are crafted from the most luxurious cotton. But it's how the cotton is woven that makes it special.
Herringbone
Herringbone is an intricate V weave resembling a fish’s skeleton. It produces a smooth feel and a smart finish.
Poplin
The original Jermyn Street fabric, poplin is smooth and crisp in texture. Poplin forms the basis for most of our shirts.
End on End
This crisp weave has a lighter colour woven through to create a subtle two tone or ‘chambray’ effect.
This is an elaborate weave with a distinct diagonal line of raised fabric. Twill cloths are more substantial and have a smoother, silkier finish.
Pique
Medium weight pique fabric is characterised by a small, textured pattern that makes it appear quilted.
