Conditions
In-store purchases may be refunded or exchanged in-store, with a receipt and the card used for payment under the following conditions. Please note that we can only accept returns from the person (cardholder) who bought the item.
Store purchases may not be returned to the online returns centre. Any such return will be considered forfeited merchandise and requests for exchange or refund will not be honoured.
Suits, Jackets, and Trousers | Refunds or exchanges are possible within 1 month. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in a re-saleable condition. |
Shirts | Refunds or exchanges are possible within 3 months. |
Shoes | Refunds or exchanges are possible within 1 month. Shoes must be unworn, unaltered, and in a re-saleable condition. Repaired and resoled shoes are also non-returnable. |
All other clothing | Refunds or exchanges are possible within 3 months. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in a re-saleable condition. |
Hats, Swimwear, Socks & Underwear | Due to hygiene reasons, these items are non-returnable. |
All other accessories | Refunds or exchanges are possible within 3 months. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in a re-saleable condition. |
Clearance items | Clearance items are sold as seen and as such, are non-returnable. |
Faulty/ Damaged items
If you would like to return a faulty or damaged item, please visit your local store with your proof of purchase and the store manager will help you further.
