Purchases made in store must be returned to a Hawes & Curtis store; our online returns address is unable to accept these. Any such return will be considered forfeited merchandise and requests for exchange or refund will not be honoured.
Shirts Refunds or exchanges are possible within 3 months. Shirts can be returned on a no-quibble basis. |
Suits (Jackets, Waistcoats and Trousers) Refunds or exchanges are possible within 1 month. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in a re-saleable condition. |
Clearance and Sale Items (*excluding black Friday) Exchanges are possible within 14 days. Refunds are not possible for Clearance and sale items. |
Outerwear (Outerwear (Leather & Suede Jacket, Casual Coats & Jacket, Raincoats and Blazers) Refunds or exchanges are possible within 1 month subject to them being returned in their original condition. |
Shoes Refunds or exchanges are possible within 1 month. Shoes must be unworn, unaltered, and in a re-saleable condition. Repaired and resoled shoes are also non-returnable. |
Silk Shirts Refunds or exchanges are possible within 14 days and must be unworn, unaltered, and in a re-saleable condition. |
Hats, Swimwear, Socks, Face Masks & Underwear Due to hygiene reasons, these items are non-returnable. |
All other accessories Refunds or exchanges are possible within 3 months. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in a re-saleable condition. |
