Purchases made in store must be returned to a Hawes & Curtis store and are subject to their return policy. Our online returns address is unable to accept these. Any such return will be considered forfeited merchandise and requests for exchange or refund will not be honoured.
UK, US, and AUS Customers: Please note that you can only exchange for the same item(s) in a different size. If your exchange size is not available, we will refund your item(s). If you would like a different item as an exchange, please place a new order.
Shirts Refunds or exchanges are possible within 3 months. Shirts can be returned for an exchange in size only, on a no-quibble basis. |
Suits (Jackets, Waistcoats, and Trousers) Refunds or exchanges are possible within 1 month. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in a re-saleable condition. Altered trousers cannot be returned. *Please note, selecting an inside leg length for your trousers means they will be altered before dispatch.

Loungewear/Sleepwear Refunds or exchanges are possible within 3 months. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in a re-saleable condition. |
Clearance and Sale Items Exchanges are possible within 14 days. Refunds are not possible for Clearance and sale items. |
Outerwear (Outerwear (Leather & Suede Jacket, Casual Coats & Jacket, Raincoats, and Blazers) Refunds or exchanges are possible within 1 month subject to them being returned in their original condition. |
Shoes Refunds or exchanges are possible within 1 month. Shoes must be unworn, unaltered, and in a re-saleable condition. Repaired and resoled shoes are also non-returnable. |
Hats, Swimwear, Socks, Face Masks & Underwear Due to hygiene reasons, these items are non-returnable. |
