Please note that during sale periods we are unable to cancel or change orders. This is to ensure quick dispatch of all orders. Unwanted or incorrect items can be returned to us for an exchange or refund.
Order Amendments & Cancellations
Once your order is accepted, it will be processed as soon as possible. As such, we are usually unable to cancel or make any changes to your order. If you would like to amend or cancel your order, please return the unwanted items for a refund or exchange.
Note: We are unable to merge your orders into one order.
Delivery Address
If for any reason you do need to change your delivery information, please arrange with the courier. If your order is returned unclaimed, we will be in contact to arrange redelivery (UK orders only).
Click & Collect Customers
Please contact customer service to request a transfer of your purchase to a different Hawes & Curtis store. Kindly note that for this request we have to retrieve the parcel back to our Distribution Centre and re-dispatch it to the new location, which can take around 10 working days or more.
PayPal Customers
If you purchase your order with PayPal, your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided on your PayPal account -even if you provide a different address within the Hawes & Curtis web store. These are the terms and conditions set by PayPal. If you would like to change the delivery address, please contact the carrier to arrange for delivery and update your PayPal with the correct address.
