Shirts
All Hawes & Curtis shirts should be machine washed at a maximum of 30°C with similar colours, and ironed under a medium heat while damp. They should not be bleached or tumbled dried, as this will damage the material. All of our formal shirts have been perfected with a unique silk touch finish. This enhances the surface of every shirt, creating a smooth fabric with an irresistibly silky quality. This special finish also ensures our shirts are easy to iron. Our colour fabrics are pre-treated and washed prior to going into production.
To ensure the best results with our Non-Iron Shirts, please wash at 30c and tumble dry at the lowest possible heat. When hung to dry, the shirts will remain crease free due to the unique finish of the cotton.
Merino Jumpers
Our merino jumpers have been crafted from 100% merino wool and should be hand washed only. They should not be bleached or tumbled dried as this will damage the material. They can be ironed (one dot or cool iron) and dry cleaned.
Chinos
All Hawes & Curtis Chinos are made from 98% cotton and 2% elastane and should be machine washed cold. The maximum temperature should be 40°C. They should be washed inside out, iron on medium heat and on reverse. They should not be bleached or tumble dried, as this will damage the material.
** Please dry clean the smart chinos. Do not wash them in the washing machine.
Ties
