With Click & Collect your order can be delivered free of charge to any participating Hawes & Curtis store, so your order can be collected at your convenience. By selecting the ‘Click & Collect’ option at checkout, a list of available stores will be displayed once you enter your postcode. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with all your order and collection information on too.
The store will hold your parcel for 14 days, after which they may attempt to contact you to arrange collection.
What to Bring - The customer who paid for the order must be the person to collect it.
- Proof of purchase (e.g. confirmation email)
- Payment card used for the order
- Photographic ID (passport or state-issued ID)
- For orders over £250, please bring a utility bill or a bank statement with your billing address
Order placed before 12:00 from Monday to Thursday will be available for collection the following day from 5:30 PM onwards at the Customer Collection Point.
Order placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays will be available for collection the following Tuesday from 5:30 PM onwards at the Customer Collection Point.

Changing the Collection Point
If you would like to change your collection store, please contact the customer service team asap at email@example.com. Please note this may cause delays in your order being dispatched.
Hawes & Curtis reserves the right to postpone Click & Collect without notice. This can occur during exceptionally busy periods or external factors such as extreme weather. During this time, online orders will need to be shipped using our standard delivery option.
