Ordering with Click & Collect
With Click & Collect your order can be delivered free of charge to any participating Hawes & Curtis store. By selecting the ‘Store Collection’ option at checkout, a list of available stores and their delivery dates will be displayed. Once the order is processed, you will receive an email with information on when you can collect.
Hawes & Curtis reserves the right to postpone Click & Collect without notice. This can occur during exceptionally busy periods or external factors such as extreme weather. During this time, online orders will need to be shipped using our standard delivery option.
Choosing Click & Collect
Click & Collect deliveries can take up to 7 working days. The store will hold your parcel for 14 days, after which the store may attempt to contact you. Store operating hours may vary, please check before collecting.
What to Bring - The customer should be present to collect the parcel
- proof of purchase (e.g. confirmation email)
- photographic ID (passport or state-issued ID)
- For orders over £250, please bring a utility bill or a bank statement with your billing address
Click & Collect orders are subject to the same terms and conditions as all online orders.
