How to Track Your Package
If your order has been accepted and payment received, we will dispatch your order as soon as possible. You will receive an email from the carrier with tracking information when your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking information is also available via your Hawes & Curtis account 24 hours after the order is placed (due to operating hours, Friday evening or weekend tracking information is not available until the following Tuesday).
If you have not received an email from the carrier your item may have not been dispatched yet. You may also need to confirm the correct email address was provided with the order and your spam/junk folder.
We may ship orders in multiple packages. In this case, you will be provided with multiple tracking numbers and each parcel will be marked accordingly e.g. "1 of 3" or "2 of 2".
Parcels in Transit
If your package is in transit and you are unable to accept it (for any reason) please arrange for re-delivery or collection with the carrier. In some situations the carrier will try to leave your parcel with a neighbour and/or leave a note.
Click & Collect
Please check your order confirmation email for information regarding the earliest date to collect your package. You are welcome to contact the store to confirm delivery, however due to demand, the store may not be able to notify you immediately after the package has been delivered. Please see our Click & Collect article for more information.
If your delivery is unusually delayed and the tracking information is not available, your parcel may be at the local customs office. Please contact the carrier for further information.
