Whilst Hawes & Curtis are unable to provide free returns for our Australian customers, any exchange requests will be shipped with no extra delivery fee. Delivery fees may occur should multiple returns be made against one order. Please note that you can only exchange for the same item(s) in a different size. If your exchange size is not available, we will refund your item(s). If you would like a different item as an exchange, please place a new order.
1) Download the returns form at the bottom of this page. Complete the form, indicating whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
2) Package your item(s) securely and return any unwanted items, within the Return Policy, with the attached "UK & International Returns Form". Please ensure to write 'GOODS FROM THE UK, BEING RETURNED’ in the parcel to avoid being charged with tax and VAT.

3) Obtain proof of postage from the carrier and retain it until we confirm receipt of your return. Please note returns may take 20 days to be completed. Hawes & Curtis can not be liable for items lost within the postage network before reaching us.
Important Note: Returns must be made within our Returns Policy time frame. Store purchases and items outside our online return policy time frame cannot be returned to the online returns address. Any such return will be considered forfeited merchandise and requests for exchange or refund will not be honoured. Please see our Terms & Conditions and online return policy for more information.
