Australian deliveries from the Australian website may be returned at no cost to the customer.
All customers should receive a prepaid shipping label and return/exchange form in your parcel.
If you need a replacement, please print the attached 'Australia Returns Form' and 'Australia Prepaid Postage'.
Please obtain proof of postage from the carrier and retain it until the return is complete. Hawes & Curtis are unable to be held liable for parcels lost within the carrier's network.
