Australian deliveries from the Australian website may be returned at no cost to the customer.
All customers should receive a prepaid shipping label and return/exchange form in your parcel.
However, if no return label was included to the parcel you received, you are welcome to generate one here.
If you need a new return/exchange form, please print the attached 'Australia Returns Form' available below.
Please obtain proof of postage from the carrier and retain it until the return is complete. We will refund or exchange items within 20 working days of postage, and send you an automated e-mail to confirm. Hawes & Curtis can not be liable for items lost within the postage network before reaching us.
